Downspout
This downspout is hanging from the Flatbush Avenue entrance to the Manhattan Bridge. It makes for a great color contrast. There are more than one straight vertical lines in this photo, I swear.

I made this on the Rt. 17 fly-over headed west to Rt. 4 in Paramus NJ; from the window of my car while in traffic. It was just one of those moments when the sun and clouds came together in spectacular way. The photograph really doesn’t do it justice. I’m glad I had my camera next to me.

The Rockaway River
This was a stretch of the Rockaway River in Boonton that has been heavily eroded and filled with debris due to flooding. It is not conducive to good photographs as a result but getting in close allows for some opportunity to hide the undesirables.
